No Refund Policy for Dietary Supplements
RapVital strictly adheres to Indonesian regulations regarding dietary supplements and nutritional products. In accordance with Indonesian law, dietary supplements classified as food products are non-returnable and non-refundable once purchased and transferred to the customer.
Legal Basis for No-Return Policy
Under Indonesian Food and Drug Supervisory Agency (BPOM) regulations and consumer protection standards specific to dietary supplements, these products are classified as food items rather than pharmaceuticals. Food products, once sold to consumers, cannot be returned or refunded regardless of circumstance, following standard food safety and hygiene protocols.
Why Dietary Supplements Cannot Be Returned
Dietary supplement products cannot be verified as unopened or uncontaminated after leaving our facility. Once a product reaches your possession, we cannot confirm handling conditions, storage temperature, exposure to moisture, or contamination status. For public health and safety reasons consistent with Indonesian law, we cannot accept returns of these products.
Quality Assurance
Before shipment, all products are verified for quality, proper packaging, and integrity. Products are shipped in condition suitable for immediate use or consumption. Any concerns about product quality must be reported immediately upon receipt before opening or consuming the product.
Defective or Damaged Products
In rare cases of genuinely defective products upon receipt (damaged packaging, visible contamination, etc.), please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. We will evaluate the situation and determine appropriate resolution on a case-by-case basis. Photographic evidence of damage is required. Even in these cases, refunds may not be possible under Indonesian law, but we will work to find appropriate solutions.

Shipping and Delivery
All RapVital products are shipped at the customer's request with assumption of risk of loss or damage in transit. We are not responsible for products lost or damaged during delivery by shipping carriers. Customers should verify shipment condition upon delivery.
Compliance with Indonesian Regulations
This Refund Policy complies with Indonesian consumer protection law (Law No. 8 of 1999 on Consumer Protection) and specific regulations regarding dietary supplement classification and food product handling. No refunds are provided for food-classified dietary supplement products under these regulations.
Limitations
RapVital is not liable for personal experiences, individual reactions, or personal dissatisfaction with products. Dietary supplements affect individuals differently. No refunds are provided based on perceived effectiveness or personal satisfaction.
